Implementation specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be a key person in the process of delivering our solutions to customers. Your goal will not only be to install and configure them, but above all to ensure smooth and stable operation. You will combine implementation expertise and technical support to ensure the highest quality at every stage - from initial configurations to training to post-implementation support.

Your responsibilities

Deployments and configuration

  • Installation and functional configuration of our software in customer environments (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
  • Preparation and parameterization of environments (DEV/UAT/PROD) and integrations (REST/SQL/file).
  • Create and maintain installation and configuration scripts (PowerShell, possibly Bash).
  • Develop and update technical documentation such as runbooks, checklists and implementation playbooks.

Quality and testing support

  • Support the testing team in the integration and UAT testing process.
  • Participate in API testing, including the use of tools such as Postman/Newman.
  • Preparation of test data and environments.
  • Analyze defects, report findings and oversee corrections.

Support and maintenance

  • Ongoing verification of correct operation of systems, monitoring and analysis of logs.
  • Provide technical support at the L2 level, diagnosing problems and escalating them to the development team.
  • Perform updates, hotfixes and root cause analysis (CAR).

DevOps and Automation

  • Collaborate in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps.
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as software packaging or deployment (IaC).
  • Contribution to the development of monitoring and observability tools.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (e.g. implementer, consultant, L2 Support).
  • Very good knowledge of Windows Server systems (IIS, web services) and MS SQL Server administration (T-SQL, backup/restore, performance basics).
  • Practical knowledge of PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of testing methods and techniques and experience with tools such as Postman or J-Meter.
  • Ability to work with Git version control systems and project management tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2) and fluent in Polish.
  • Cat B driver’s license and willingness to travel for business (about 20-40% of the time).
  • Ability to think independently and analytically, as well as excellent communication skills and training ability.
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) productively in daily work with security.

Welcome

  • Basic knowledge of C# or .NET to facilitate code and log analysis.
  • Experience with other test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework).
  • Knowledge of networking, security (VPN, firewalls) or Azure cloud services (VM, Storage).
  • Knowledge of the specifics of the retail industry (POS, ERP integrations).
