This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of the website operated by INEOGroup S.A. (hereinafter: “Administrator” or “we”).

- We only process your personal data if we have a legal basis to do so under Article 6(1) of the RODO.

- Recruitment – we process data to the extent necessary for the current recruitment and, if you expressly and voluntarily consent, also for participation in future recruitments. The basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) RODO (pre-contractual activities – including recruitment activities) and, in the case of additional data or future recruitment, Article 6(1)(a) RODO (consent).
- Responding to inquiries – if you contact us via email or contact form (if any), we process your data in order to respond to your inquiries. The basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in enabling communication with Users, or, if you have given your consent, Article 6(1)(a) RODO.
- Marketing and statistics – we use cookies and similar technologies to conduct analysis of website visits (e.g. Google Analytics) and display personalized content, if you agree. The basis for processing may be Article 6(1)(a) RODO (consent) or our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), depending on the nature and type of cookies.
3 Scope and sources of data
- We only process data that you provide to us (e.g., in a form, in a resume) or that you leave as part of navigating the site (e.g., through cookies).
- The scope of data in the recruitment process is determined by the provisions of the Labor Code and regulatory acts. Provision of these data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the recruitment process. - On our site, you can subscribe to the blog to receive notifications of new posts or other content related to our business.
- For this purpose, we may process your contact information (e.g. name, email address) based on your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA.
- You can revoke your consent to receive notifications of new posts at any time, e.g. by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link (if available) in the email or by contacting us at rodo@ineog.pl.
5. data retention period
- We keep the data processed for recruitment purposes until the end of the recruitment process in question, and in the case of consent for future recruitment, until the consent is withdrawn or the period indicated in the consent (if given) expires.
- We retain data processed on the basis of legitimate interest for the period necessary to fulfill that interest or until we file an effective objection.
- We store data processed on the basis of consent (e.g., for blog subscription purposes) until you withdraw your consent.
- The storage period of cookies is determined by your browser settings and the configuration of these cookies (session and permanent).
6 Rights of data subjects
You have the right to:
- Access to and receive copies of your data (Article 15 of the RODO).
- Correct (amend) your data (Article 16 RODO).
- Deletion of data (Article 17 of the RODO), if there are no exceptions provided for in the regulations.
- Restrictions on data processing (Article 18 RODO).
- Data portability (Article 20 RODO) – when processing is based on consent or contract.
- Object to the processing of data based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 RODO).
- Revoke your consent at any time – if the processing is based on your consent (Article 7(3) RODO). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
- File a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
7. data sharing
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone for commercial purposes.
- Your data may be transferred to entities that support us in running the site (e.g., hosting companies) or in carrying out recruitment processes, only on the basis of data processing entrustment agreements, in accordance with Art. 28 RODO.
- We use analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and, with your consent, marketing tools, which may involve the transfer of data to third countries (e.g. USA). Such transfers, however, always take place under appropriate legal safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
